metro access friendly staff immaculate cleanliness
the location was perfect. it was close to metro stops and the train station. a short walk to the eiffel tower was very convenient. the staff were very friendly. the hotel had immaculate cleanliness.

Excellent stay NEAR eiffel tower
helpful advice quiet street blackout curtains plug adapters
Sergio at reception offered very useful advice on local restaurants. My room faced a quiet street SO i slept well. The room had both blackout curtains and shutters. I appreciated the readily available plug adapters from the front desk.
The elevator was quite small. it only accommodated two people with luggage.

My 'classic double room' included a television with international channels and free wifi. The bed was comfortable and featured quality linens. A wardrobe provided ample storage space, AND i found extra pillows in it.

The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries, fruit, cheeses, and a selection of hot items. Coffee, tea, and juices were readily available. The breakfast area was clean and well kept. Also fresh items were replenished frequently.

This location is very close to two metro stops. It provided easy access to major attractions. Several restaurants and cafes are within a short walk. I found many options. The immediate neighborhood felt safe at all hours.

The front desk staff offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. Staff were friendly to requests. Everyone was helpful.
